Short takes on papers in reproductive medicine — what the study actually shows, who it applies to, and whether it changes how I counsel patients. Written in English; readers outside the Czech Republic are welcome.

This page is a clinician's changelog, not a blog. Entries are short — five to ten sentences — and cover a single paper I found useful, surprising, or worth flagging. Older notes stay as they were written; the point is to keep an honest record of what moved my thinking over time. For how each ReproScore calculator is built, see Methodology.

What I usually cover: (1) what the authors actually measured and in how many cycles, (2) the one result that surprised me or confirmed a clinical hunch, (3) the population the finding applies to, (4) how it changes — or doesn't change — the counselling I give patients the next morning.

If the study uses a ReproScore-relevant model or metric (e.g. AMH-based oocyte yield, cumulative live-birth rate, ovarian response), I link to the matching calculator or methodology section so readers can see the numbers on their own case.
